Setting Up Your Trust Center

Basic Configuration

  1. Navigate to Customer TrustTrust Center
  2. Click Settings
  3. Configure basic information:
    • Company name and logo
    • Tagline and description
    • Contact email
    • Custom domain (optional)
  4. Save changes

Custom Domain

Use your own domain for the trust center:

  1. Go to SettingsCustom Domain
  2. Enter your domain (e.g., trust.yourcompany.com)
  3. Add the provided DNS records
  4. Verify domain ownership
  5. Enable custom domain

Branding

Customize the look and feel:

  • Logo - Company logo (light and dark versions)
  • Colors - Primary and accent colors
  • Favicon - Browser tab icon

Managing Content

Adding Certifications

  1. Navigate to Trust CenterCertifications
  2. Click Add Certification
  3. Select certification type
  4. Upload supporting document (optional)
  5. Set visibility:
    • Public - Visible to all
    • Request Access - Requires NDA or registration
  6. Save

Adding Documents

  1. Navigate to Trust CenterDocuments
  2. Click Add Document
  3. Upload file or select from policy library
  4. Configure access:
    • Public Download - Anyone can download
    • Request Access - Form submission required
    • NDA Required - Must accept NDA first
  5. Save

Managing Subprocessors

  1. Navigate to Trust CenterSubprocessors
  2. Click Add Subprocessor
  3. Enter details:
    • Company name
    • Service category
    • Data types processed
    • Location
  4. Save
